Heavy duty, high stall, LOCKUP, torque converter for the 1980-1993 Ford AOD transmissions (11.4" bolt circle and 1.375" crank pilot). This converter has the heavy duty brazed turbine and Torrington bearings. The stall speed on this converter will be 2000-2600 RPM and will be fine for up to 500 hp. Just for a reference, a stock converter will usually have a stall speed of around 1500-1600. Just like all torque converters, your actual stall speed will depend on your vehicle; HP, torque, etc. This is why most companies give a range of stall speeds.
