The DNJ Components DCF1 governor pressure solenoid conversion manifold kit replaces the problematic OEM style governor pressure solenoid with a far more superior and reliable upgrade. The GM EPC Solenoid has a much better coil design and spooled valve design which will put an end to the common solenoid failure. This upgrade kit features the following:

  • Longer life and reliability: No more 2nd gear starts or inconsistent shifts. With this part you can count on years and years of reliability in all applications from pull rigs to drag trucks.
  • Higher Performance: With this conversion kit, the base line pressure of the transmission will increase and provide greater shift quality.
  • Greater Durability: With the manifold being made of 6061 Aircraft Grade billet aluminum you will never see warping or leakage of any kind. Also, the GM EPC was built to outlast the transmissions they were designed for.

Awesome!
Great product, installed this on my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500, after finding out the solenoid is a common part to fail on the 46re trans and it fixed my shifting issues. Really happy with the product and how easy it was to replace it on my trans. If you can replace the trans filter, then you can replace the old solenoid with this product just as easily. Worth the money, seriously.
