This converter has a billet cover, heavy duty brazed turbine, Torrington bearings, and heavy duty carbon metallic, high energy lockup clutch. This converter is for the 460 and early non-Powerstroke diesel engines with the 4 stud mounting. Please count the bolts on your transmission pan to confirm you have 20.
