The Sonnax TCC regulator valve kits, 77754-03K and 77754-04K, include a highly wear resistant aluminum sleeve to restore hydraulic integrity of the apply circuit and provide full support to the valve to prevent side loading. The anodized aluminum valve has an annular groove for better valve centering within the sleeve. The isolator valve has been lengthened to operate in unworn portions of the bore, and annular grooves have been added to prevent side loading. The 77754-03K is designed for PWM and non-PWM units, and the 77754-04K may be used on these and the EC3 units. The Sonnax isolator sleeve kit, 77754-ISO, restores the hydraulic integrity to severely worn bores, works with the Sonnax isolator valve in the TCC regulator valve kits, and is manufactured from a highly wear resistant aluminum. The Sonnax 77754-SERV and 77754-RM5 reamers will allow GM serviced or remanufactured valve bodies to be properly reamed to accept our TCC regulator valve kits, 77754-03K and 77754-04K, and 77754-ISO isolator valve sleeve (w/ 77754-RM5).
